FAQ's

What is the deposit and when is this due?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If this is a corporate event we can create an invoice for you at the time of booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days incurs the loss of your deposit. If cancellation occurs as a result of government mandates then no loss of monies will be incurred. We will work with you to reschedule or refund the event.

Where can guests park, and is there accessible parking available?

There is an entire parking lot at our front door that is usually empty in the evenings. There is accessible parking near the front door.

Will there be other people in the arena?

Yes. We will try and fill all 28 suits with a similar age range. The general public will play the same games as our booked groups.

What time can we access the venue on the day?

Feel free to chat to your manager to work out an appropriate time. Early access is subject to existing bookings. Please note though that you can include the early access as part of your 3-6 hour booking cost.

Will the venue liaise with suppliers for setup?

You will need to liaise with the suppliers yourself. Unfortunately due to our opening hours it is difficult for us to maintain open lines of communication with suppliers.

Are there any restrictions on styling the space?

If it’s not permanent, it’s welcome! As long as whatever you bring in can leave our venue without any signs of damage then you are able to style it as you please.

Does the venue have its own sound system/mic?

We absolutely do and are happy to include this in the cost of your venue hire.

Are there any noise restrictions?

As long as it’s kept within reason we don’t mind a little noise inside the venue. We do ask that all noise remains within the venue and no noise is to be made outside.

What are the catering options?

If you have purchased the premium package we include pizza for catering. However, for an added fee we can liaise with local caterers and organise alternative catering options for you.

Can we BYO food or beverages?

Yes! Please feel free to bring all your own food however all beverages need to be purchased from Revolution Laser Tag.

Do you have a standard hire duration?

Minimum hire package is 3 hours.

When and how do I pay for my items?

Your 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Do you offer site inspections?

Absolutely! Please contact our phone staff when an inspection is required and we will arrange a suitable time.

What is the minimum booking notice required?

Subject to availability we are able to accommodate all last minute requests - right up until 1 night prior to your event

Can we have a bar tab on the evening?

Yes, that's no problem. Feel free to organise this with your manager prior to booking.
